Chris Hunt Co-Founder & Director

Chris is responsible for V7’s business strategy, growth, new concepts, marketing and leasing. He also leads a number of development projects as well as sourcing new investment and development opportunities.

Chris has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a member of the RICS. Since the inception of V7, he has successfully acquired assets worth over £500m; managed capex projects worth over £200m; let 350,000 sq ft of office space; and secured planning on over 575,000 sq ft.

Sham Nessa Financial Controller

Sham joined the team in March 2020 with overall responsibility for V7’s finance function. She oversees the company’s financial data, ensuring proper corporate governance by maintaining accurate financial records including reporting and compliance.

Matt Leach Director

Matt leads clients relationship management at V7 as well as focusing on business development with existing and new clients. He also spends a considerable amount of his time on investment and development management working closely with a wide range of UK institutions such as CBREIM, Knight Frank IM, Nuveen and Macquarie.

RICS accredited and an office specialist, Matt has deep market knowledge both in the south east and the Big 6 regional office markets, particularly in the areas of investment and development.

He has over 18 years of commercial property experience in the UK having worked at CBRE and Aviva Investors prior to joining V7 in 2016, where he is part of our ESG Committee.

James Hanton-Parr Senior Development Manager

James is RICS qualified, with 10 years of industry experience, predominantly in the development of major central London office schemes. He has successfully secured planning consent for over 1,000,000 sq ft of best-in-class projects.

James oversees all aspects of project development, from land acquisition and due diligence through to construction and completion. In his role, he develops and implements the strategies that bring V7’s clients the best results.

He also forms and leads professional teams for each project, supporting and challenging them to minimise waste and environmental impact while maximising user experience and wellbeing. To do this, James draws on his ability to form positive relationships within internal and external stakeholders.

Ben White Director

Ben works across many of V7’s projects, bringing a passion and focus to everything he does. His experience working extensively across London and the south of England gives him a broad understanding of geography and the latest design and building trends. He has a particular passion for ESG and is focused on ensuring all of V7’s projects are delivered in the most responsible way.

Ben has over 14 years of investment and development experience and is a member of the RICS and BCO. During his time at V7, he has worked on a number of acquisitions and projects for both institutional and private equity partners.

Dan Ross Head of Construction

Dan’s role is to oversee and guide the V7 team on all things construction, from initial feasibility studies through to a successful project handover to the incoming property management team. He has a particular interest in project team assembly, including contractor procurement and eventual build contract negotiations.

With over 18 years of construction experience, Dan plays a key role in providing better outcomes for our clients through his focus on value management and driving programme efficiencies.

Dan’s experience is varied and includes new builds and refurbishments for workplace, PBSA, Permitted Development conversions and high end residential projects.

Rachel Wilkinson Leasing Manager

Rachel’s key role is letting our buildings. V7 create an amazing building with loads of unique amenities but the job’s not done until its fully let! Being reactive and just waiting for viewings isn’t enough for Rachel — so she ensures we create captivating marketing collateral and proactively target those occupiers with upcoming lease events to really draw in interest.

Throughout the lease up period, client reporting is crucial. V7 uses an online platform called VTS (View The Space) through which our leasing agents report new requirements and update old ones. With this, Rachel can gauge whether an occupier is looking at multiple markets, and create a stacking plan for all schemes which automatically sets alerts for lease events etc.

She ensures our clients are fully aware of every negotiation, viewing or useful piece of market gossip that’s pertinent to their interests.

Zak Veasey Co-Founder & Director

Zak is a co-founder of V7 and responsible for overseeing asset management strategies. He has an in depth knowledge of all property activities and is an expert in troubleshooting problems for our clients, investors and tenants maximising value.

With 29 years Real Estate experience, Zak is an achiever — it’s his number one strength. He has exited £107m of commercial properties and development land, helped secure planning on over 800,000 sq ft, completed 463,000 sq ft of regears with a rental value of £9.7m and surrendered 226,000 sq ft of space to facilitate refurbishment or redevelopment projects.

Theo Utton-Gaunt Investment Director

Theo is an experienced and well-regarded property professional who specialises in central London and has a demonstrated track record of delivering returns for investors.

Leading Investment strategy for V7, Theo is focused on maximising risk adjusted returns and effective delivery of the business’ strengths. He believes doing things differently, with more passion, is where value is created and is required to differentiate the product.

Theo sees collaboration as the key to success, valuing trust and transparency with partners which enables repeat interactions. Theo has an obsession for doing more and doing it better, he challenges the idea that something cannot be improved upon each and every time.

He has over 15 years of experience working in real estate within London and the Investment sector.

Theo’s main goal is to identify value from the investment market. Spotting early pricing advantages typically results in high asset performance.

Natalie Maquieira Executive Assistant & HR Assistant

Natalie's meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills ensure that the V7 office runs smoothly and that all of our team members are able to focus on their tasks without any disruptions.

Georgie Andrews Marketing Manager

Georgie brings a wealth of expertise and a discerning eye to our team, drawing on her background in property marketing, design and architecture.

Her role involves the revitalisation of the V7 brand, aligning it with our ethos and intentions, and ensuring transparency in our communication as we strive to embody responsibility, forward-thinking, and sustainability.

Georgie also plays a key role in creating our feasibility studies, proposals, and investment memoranda.

Jamie Lomax Analyst

As an analytical and strategic thinker, Jamie enjoys using numbers and data to maximise the results of a project. Primarily working on V7’s current projects, he records actual costs and income, models potential leasing scenarios, and monitors overall project performance.

Jamie also provides support on feasibility studies, modelling potential development options for us to ensure they are viable.

Felix Hodges Investment Analyst

Felix plays an important role at V7, assessing the financial viability of projects. He translates property assumptions into financial inputs for us, building detailed forecast models for the acquisition, construction, leasing and sale of projects.

His true talent lies in stress testing projects and finding solutions to the challenges that arise with them, to make sure they are financially viable. Felix is particularly skilled in finding efficiencies and marginal gains through exploring creative solutions for financing.

Felix is primarily involved with new business acquisitions and feasibilities; however, he is also overseeing many of the ongoing projects in the office.

Ellie Toms Development Manager

Ellie started her career in project management, seven years ago, delivering fit outs for occupiers and landlords which gave her a keen eye for detail and a love of interiors. She quickly progressed to delivering larger CAT A and development schemes which ignited her passion for the development of commercial property. 

Ellie is responsible for overseeing the whole development process from pre-acquisition and design to construction and post completion activities. With experience delivering a vast number of varied projects, she is best placed to advise V7’s clients on the development strategy for their assets. 

Ellie takes pride in creating positive and collaborative environments for her project teams to work within and is a big advocate for women in the industry. Ellie is inquisitive and constantly challenges her teams to ensure best results.

Jess Bell Senior Development Manager

Jess is responsible for many of V7’s mid-sized refurbishment projects in London, managing and working collaboratively with project teams to maximise a building’s design potential and value. She has a passion for creating inspiring spaces through design, detail and considering current as well as future occupier requirements.

Her role involves managing the whole cycle of building design from feasibility, planning and delivery. Jess excels at regular client reporting and cost management, producing the best scheme and delivering future-proofed buildings.

Like all of us at V7, Jess is committed to ESG. She is always challenging sustainability targets and leading by example, producing buildings that are truly best in class.

Jodie Falls Development Manager

Jodie is responsible for repositioning and refurbishment opportunities nationwide, managing our projects from feasibility study through to completion. Her focus is on building design, sustainability and value generation.

Responsible for regular client reporting, cost management, procurement and stakeholder liaison. Jodie has a particular interest in interior design, financial viability and sustainability.

Jodie is RICS qualified, has 10 years of industry experience managing capex projects worth over £20m, and is a member of BCO.

Jodie approaches all projects with a calm demeanor and an open-minded attitude, consistently devising creative and lasting solutions.

Erica Saxby Assistant Acountant

Erica plays a vital role in supporting the business as an Assistant Accountant, providing valuable guidance from both operational and commercial perspectives. With an unmatched attention to detail, she has established a proven track record of delivering accurate and efficient financial solutions. Erica possesses strong analytical skills, ensuring precision in her work and contributing to the overall success of the team.
