Located a short walk from East Croydon train station, this full repositioning and extension of late 1980s office building provides an amazing opportunity to introduce eight floors of exciting Grade A office space into a very constrained market.

V7 is bringing life back to a historic building and celebrating its past. The new development replaces the dated, poor performing façade and features five new terraces as well as first class end of journey facilities. New, design-led interiors and a complete M&E replacement will result in Croydon’s best office building.

The building has good bones so we focused on a retrofit-first approach. The key was to re-use as much of the existing building as possible so the sub-structure, concrete frame and the majority of the existing brickwork were incorporated into the transformation.
