This office repositioning project transformed a secondary office into a best in class refurbished workplace, fully tenanted with fantastic modern amenities. Pivot & Mark is now an enjoyable and creative office space with an impressive entry and reception area, informal meeting and hosting spaces, and breakout areas for modern working.
Communication was a central pillar of this project, as we were working around existing tenants. We scheduled weekly and monthly tenant updates to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.
By using an entirely local professional team and main contractor, we were able to keep the project moving quickly through both the pre-construction and construction phases.

The timber reception, although minimal in fabric, creates a pleasant entryway that contrasts with the muddled and busy streetscape.
The open-plan design allows for diverse settings throughout the floorplate, accommodating various modes such as sitting, standing, quiet work, relaxation, ideation, and a free flow of creativity.

Responsibility
Amplified natural light. The abundant influx of sunlight into the curved building banishes any hint of 'dark spots.' Glazing runs across both sides of the building with every desk being in proximity to a window creating a naturally lit workspace.
