This project transforms a former hat factory into a highly sustainable, beautifully designed office building in Battersea, close to Queenstown Road train station and the Battersea Power Station redevelopment.

The property has presented V7 with an exciting opportunity to reposition a tired but characterful property currently used as offices. We’ve retained its character, ambitiously stitching together two existing buildings with a spacious atrium and top floor communal roof terrace.
