This major transformation project involves repositioning a typical institutional building which was considered to be of its time at best. The finished product will deliver one of Birmingham’s most exciting mixed-use schemes, offering best-in-class office space and 12,000 sq ft of amenity space including a 100 person auditorium, café, bar, co-working space, shared meeting rooms and a business lounge. With a heavy amount of cut and carve works required to deliver what our client wants to achieve, building strong relationships with existing tenants has been key to our progress on the project.
