We are extremely excited to work with CBRE IM on the potential refurbishment of this iconic London building. With sustainability at the core of this project, we are looking at how we can bring this already striking building up to and beyond the Paris proof targets from an embodied and operational carbon point of view. Alongside the design team, we are currently working through a full repositioning of the existing building to include a full CAT A refurbishment, window replacement from the first floor and above, single-storey roof extension with communal roof terrace, mansard infill and introduction of new end of trip facilities in the ground and lower ground floor.
