Rejuvenating 1 Brindley Place posed the challenge of meeting the contemporary demands of prospective tenants while aligning the building's fabric and use with current sustainability and environmental standards. To achieve this, a highly creative architect and design team were appointed. Their approach aimed to make the building stand out amidst the Brindley Place Estate. Key design strategies included infilling existing colonnades, decluttering facades, introducing new glazing, and creating a new club lounge and roof terrace/pavilion.
