A successful planning application for a full repositioning of a 61,754 sq ft listed office building in the heart of the City of London.

The new scheme retains the listed building's character whilst introducing modern amenities and ESG criteria to a building which was last refurbished over 20 years ago. Through an atrium infill and consolidation of plant space, we were able to increase the NIA within the existing envelope. 
Responsibility
Preserving the essence of a historic building while integrating contemporary functions and prioritising ESG standards into a structure that hasn't seen renovation in over two decades.
