Built in 1986, Spectrum has historically been one of the City’s most prominent and distinctive office buildings - a Landmark.  Situated on a prominent site at the foot of the M32 motorway opposite Cabot Circus with all its amenities,  the office building has large flexible floorplates of approximately 23,000 sq ft configured as 5 separate units which can be combined to allow occupation of the whole floor or as individual self-contained suites in each wing around 2 cores.  Purchased by our clients as an income-producing investment in 2016, V7 have successfully managed a rolling refurbishment of the property through good landlord and tenant relations and asset management initiatives including new end-of-journey facilities and improved EPCs, resulting in the property being fully let in 2023.
